Lucky Brand — Local services in Glendale

I've only ordered online twice from this company and will never, ever order from them again! The clothes are nice and what I'm wanting, but they are extremely incompetent and have nothing but foreigners who speak broken English when you call their customer service number.

The first order I placed, they duplicated my order, charged me twice, and then refunded me for one of the orders. On my second recent order, I had ordered one pair of shorts. A week went by and they had cancelled my order and didn't even bother informing me! They also charged me and did not refund me! When I called, I did not get a satisfactory explanation for this behavior. Totally unacceptable! I called my bank to dispute the charge. Stay away from this...

Have always loved Lucky Brand jeans. It's one of the few stores I can go into a find my size in stock (I'm 5'11" and need a size 4, long inseam). Sadly, upon my first in store post COVID lockdown visit, I learned Lucky Brand no longer makes long inseam jeans for women. I'm totally bummed. Guess I'll be shopping Poshmark to see if I can find some used 4 Long jeans to buy. LUCKY BRAND - PLEASE DON'T FORGET THERE ARE TALL WOMEN WHO WANT...
