The most unreliable, DISHONEST, rude, people i have ever done business. I ordered a dress my son's wedding and they lied to me about a size and style of the dress. And after waiting 4 weeks they canceled my order. It was the most unpleasant and stressful moment. These people should not be in the business. I will follow a claim to a better business bureau and to IRS. I will make sure what they have done to me does not happen to any other people. They shouldn't get any star. SCAMMER, DISHONEST, FRAUD STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.... The most unreliable, DISHONEST, rude, people i have ever done business. STOP THREATENING MY FAMILY.... THE WORSE THING IS WE GIVE THE COMPANY ALL OF OUR INFORMATION INCLUDING OUR ADDRESS. MY HUSBAND FILLED A POLICE REPORT WITH LAPD... YOU ARE NOT GOING TO DO BUSINESS BY...

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! We should have listened to our gut instinct and not purchased the size 16 dress when needed a 10. We were Leary but when the owner kept promising that her great and fabulous tailor will make it unnoticeable we decided that we would put our trust into her. She even promised if the dress didn’t fit right after the $350 alterations she would return our $400 for the dress. Wouldn’t you know after picking it up and trying it on it looked horrible!! It also seemed like the tailor (even though he was charging $350) wanted to do minimal work on fixing the dress and told us if it needed to be worked on more after the 1st alterations it would cost another $350. Their customer service was so poor that my wife and her mom were scared to tell the tailor that it wasn’t right. My wife went to purchase a different dress and we called the owner asking if she would honor her word/promise of returning the $400 for the dress. And wouldn’t you know denied anything she said. Horrible experience stay away from this store unless you are rich...

Have you ever wanted to shop, look and feel like a princess? Well now you can, and that's exactly what I did at Iness. I have a black tie event coming up and a friend of mine suggested the shop Iness I was skeptical because I generally don't love boutique shopping, but the experience was so pleasant I can't imagine shopping for a dress again any other way. When we arrived we were greeted by the nicest girls who made us feel so welcome. Like ladies in waiting, they were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my experience and the dress I decided to choose. There were gowns at all price points and so many different styles and sizes available. Thank you ladies again so much for the amazing experience!
