okay won’t lie twin the store itself is modern, and clean however it did appear to be unfinished compared to the other princess polly stores however I went for the store launch event and it was not a good experience . I woke up early to get in line to be the first 100 people in line so i could receive a hoodie along with a friend and luckily we got there early enough and secured wristbands promising a hoodie, however once I got to the register one of the cashiers said they were out of hoodies and then the cashier next to mine chimed in very rudely and said “the people who really wanted it came to the register first” I’m unsure why that comment was necessary as if I didn’t wake up at 5am for a 10am opening??? Also I was waiting in a line full of the other people who were also guaranteed a hoodie. They then explained to me how it was based on first come first serve however that is not what any advertisement said. Had i known it was not guaranteed I would have not gone. I completely understand that this is not the employee’s fault but rather the company’s fault but I also don’t appreciate the lack of customer service with the employees. Anyway I hope that this location can grow to have better customer service and that princess polly as a company can hopefully prepare better for their next location...

I visted Princess Polly at the Glendale Galleria on Sunday, 9/7/2025, and experienced the best customer service I've received in a LONG time! I was in a rush and desperately needed a black evening gown. Every employee greeted me, asked if they could help, and asked if I needed something specific. Once I told them what I needed, I realized I left a personal item in another store and had to run to go retrieve it. When I returned, they had every available black evening gown in my size waiting for me in a fitting room. I felt so special and cared for. Every lady in the store was amazing and I wish I would have taken the time to get their names because they all deserve a personalized shout out.
