I was at the Dollar General Sunday August 17,2025 with my husband located 1127 West Hefner Rd in Oklahoma City Oklahoma 73114 when we came in the front door we seen the store manager on her cellphone texting at the cash register back and forth and talking to a guy on loud speaker as we shopped the store manager was on her cellphone the whole time between 9:22a.m.-10:05a.m.this is the 3rd week the store manager is using the cash register to text and talk on her cellphone when customers enter the store the store manager has been on her cellphone Sunday August 3,2025,Sunday August 10,2025 and Sunday August 17,2025 same times 9:22a.m.-10:05a.m.when me and my husband went to the front counter to check out me and my husband smelled marijuana coming from her black t-shirt and marijuana on her breath you could smell it while talking to her as we left the store we tried calling for 6hrs.the store manager ignored the phone and smoking marijuana before work under the influence because it was lingering on the black T-shirt she was wearing my husband called at 3:36p.m.the store manager got on the phone and called her boyfriend and tried to track his cellphone and arguing with him on the phone saying I been here 3 years I can be on my phone at the register and talk to my boyfriend I'm the store manager this my store the store manager is in violation of policy on her cellphone while customers in line and talking on loud speaker for 3 weeks and smell like weed me and my husband recommend a drug test my husband talked to the District Manager Jimmy Tuesday August 19,2025 for 62 minutes on his cellphone 11:25a.m.-12:27p.m.and the District Manager Jimmy is being nice refusing to drug test the store manager and allowed her to continue to work after trying to kill my husband the store manager called her boyfriend on the phone telling him about the customer and asking where you at why you got your number blocked the store manager tried to kill my husband because he made a complaint about her cellphone and smelling like weed look at cameras 3:36p.m.-3:49p.m.for 13 minutes the store manager was trying to trace the number and arguing with my boyfriend being hostile and disrespectful the District Manager Jimmy is being very nice to her and the Headquarters in Goodlettsville Tennessee that's termination look at the cameras the store manager has her cellphone in her hand with her boyfriend when my husband called and she was holding Dollar General store phone it's possible that her boyfriend drove to the store look at cameras 3:36p.m.-4:00p m.the guy was on the phone and the store manager was asking him can you track his cellphone while he calling private same day Sunday August 17,2025 the Dollar General Headquarters is allowing her to work alone in the morning every Sunday because she store manager and she taking advantage of Dollar General because Headquarters in Goodlettsville Tennessee and working by herself so she on her cellphone at the cash register doing customers transactions and holding the line up smelling like weed the store manager can't call her boyfriend for a customer reporting her on her cellphone talking to her boyfriend and smelling like weed the store manager lied and said she was talking to the District Manager Jimmy and Jimmy was confused and doesn't recall her talking to him Sunday at 9:22a.m.The District Manager Jimmy is trying to save her on the complaint everything she did is termination you can't track my husband's phone to try to kill him luckily we don't live in Oklahoma City that would of been hard you have to drive 45 minutes to get here the Human Resources Manager Karen lied to my husband Wednesday August 20,2025 and waited until it was time to go home at 5:30p.m.called my husband and hung up on the first ring than lied and said bad reception the Human Resources Manager Karen didn't call back than sent a text saying I'm going home call tomorrow I want the owner involved because Headquarters and The District Manager Karen is protecting the Store Manager from smoking marijuana and on her cellphone...

Store 15339, Columbia, SC: Worst experience EVER! I Went there today doing my normal couponing. Got to the register and it appeared that my card didnt take, so the cashier asked that i slide my card again, and i did and once again the machine malfunctioned. So i checked my account and sure enough i was charged twice. Once with the coupon total and once with a total before the coupons were added. So the cashier i could say was as nice as ever went to the back and got who i assume was the team lead, she comes out not really knowing whats going on or what to do, she calls the 'store manager' on the phone. This lady had an disgusting, and foul attitude from the start, like i was trying to mislead them. She asked the issue, the young lady tried but dont really know herself, so she gives me the phone. I say as calm as ever, hey ma'am, i was charged twice, no receipt came out nor did a decline slip, the store manager says ' oh well there's nothing we can do, i cant believe whats on your phone, it could be a pending transaction and we dont get paid', im like ok that's fair, but im looking at my phone where, its not pending the transaction has cleared. So i give the phone back to the young lady because there is no resolve talking to her. So i hear the young lady say, she said call the police. So i laugh, because im really in total disbelief that she wants to call the police on me and she is the one thats hostile. So then, the girl is like for what, and i ask to speak to the store manager on the phone again. By now the store manager is hollering and screaming on the phone. I asked her calmly why are you yelling and being nasty, she says cause she's off and we are calling her, so i ask, how is this my fault, and she screams st me, ill be there Monday at 8:30, bring a bank statement and we'll see what we can do. But i have to leave the stuff. Im like thats not going to work for me because ive paid twice and you are being rude, so she hung up on me. Smh. I then tell the young man, hit cash and see what happens. Sure enough, the receipt pops out and shows they do in fact owe me money... Moral of the story, that store managet needs to be FIRED for her attitude and disrespect. What happened to satisfying the customer and then threaten to call the police and she is the one beong nasty. Everybody is not meant to be in management and she is for sure one of those people!...

On February 17th I went to store number 1129 I asked the young lady who was stocking if she had the key to the restroom she told me I had to go up front and get the key I told her that I hope I could make it up front without passing out do to the pain I was in.she more then at that time ask me if I needed help instead of still stocking. As I cryed in pain to get the key she showed no remorse on my problem. As I finished in the bathroom there was a young male stocker who I asked who was working and how he would handle the situation. He told me he would had gotten the key for me.The young stocker stood beside him and said I never asked for help calling me a lair.I told her I was going to report her to management. As I was shopping I greeted the other customers with polite and did not push the issue.As I went to the front the stocker was talking to the manager so it was an hostile experience The employee should had left the front where she called me a lair then being told by who was the manager about what had happened. I didn't go through the store complaining about the issue it was an hospitality problem. The manager should had made her leave the front so the exchange should had happened off the sales floor. Unfortunately instead the stocker and I had words only to be told to stop it by the day time manager who should had never said those words to me as a customer. I have been in retail 40 plus years and would have handled more professional then the manager did.I will never go back to that store again.You have built a closer store by my house across the street from Simpson grade school.That is a wonderful store that is very clean and faced products on the shelves. They have gone out of the store to make sure I got salfly to my car.The geaner manager should make a surprise visit to the store in Vienna I'll number 1129 then stop by the new on across from Simpson grade school.That store has awesome employees and clean faced shelves.I hope the young stocker understands how wrong she was and the floor manger should had made the stocker leave the front instead of both of them...
