We have eaten at pyramids Cafe the Goodlettsville TN location once every week for the past 10 years or more. The food has always been fresh and amazing! However the guy who was there for years is no longer there and they have a new guy cooking the food. Every time we’ve been since he’s been there the food is not the same and it’s horrible. The rice is cold, the tabouli is rotten, and I’ve witness him cut the gyro and place on the grill for two seconds with his spatula and then put it on a. Plate. He is very concerned with staring at women instead of preparing the food properly. When I go he has made me feel very uncomfortable. I am certain he will cause someone to get sick and more importantly lose business. Nestled in the rivergate mall since the mid to late 90s...this place is about the only thing left standing in the food court that hasn't changed. That's because it's a national treasure. The food is amazing if you are looking for gyros. Different types of meat to add, fresh, delicious! I've been eating here since a kid when I worked at the mall, approximately 23 years ago and I no longer live in this area, haven't for about 18 now but everytime I come back, I try to pay a visit to pyramids. I ordered DoorDash today for lunch. They gave my original order to the wrong door dasher. I received a call from the female doordasher and she said it was already given to someone else. I called got a reorder from DoorDash and then got a call from the man at Pyramids screaming at me that he already did my order and gave it to the man. I tried to explain that my dasher was female and that I didn’t have a male dasher. So he never made my reorder.
