Disgusting!!!! Halfway eating the cake and we noticed hair literally IN THE CAKE, we had to dig it out… and it was hard to dig it out too, we went to them for a refund, the manger WORD BY WORD said “we aren’t required to wear hairnets” after asking why they aren’t. and she continued by saying “things happen”… not only that, but when I was looking into the kitchen I see another worker with hair down and just gloves making cookies, after putting cookies in the oven she still had her gloves on and picked up the phone with it, after putting the phone down she continued to make cookies with the same gloves.. touching the dough and everything. she also had her hoodie on the SAME TABLE SHE WAS MAKING THE COOKIES RIGHT NEAR THE PAN, DO NOT RECOMMEND...

I have been to this location a couple of times, and I have never been disappointed with the quality of the cookies. I had recently ordered a cookie cake, and when I went to pick it up, there was a small issue with it not being ready. The employee apologized and the issue was quickly fixed. I am sorry that I am not sure of the employee's name. I think maybe Brianna? It was around 1pm on 12/11/2024. She was awesome! She even remembered me and my favorite GAC cookie from another visit almost a year ago (she was great on that visit, too)! The cookie cake was fresh and delicious, and the customer service was beyond excellent! This will be the only GAC I use...

I have ordered multiple times here and never had an issue. I made a mistake this time and put my child’s age wrong on the cake and they fixed it so quick and were so kind. They were professional the entire time and did not appear upset at all on my mistake! The service here was top notch! Tysm ladies!
