BedMart Mattress Superstores — Local services in Grants Pass

I am split with this review. I am happy with my bed and the price, however, I am not happy with the service. Over Christmas break I bought a new bed that came with $200 to purchase other things. They sales person told us we have to get the mattress protector for sleep trial, so I did. They made it sound like it took the entire amount. Being happy with the bed purchase, I didn’t ask. When I got home I searched their website I found that the protector was only $120. I called the store and asked if I still had $80 dollars, because I could use some new pillows. They tried to make me feel bad for even asking. Saying, “we are a local business,” and, “Once you leave that money is gone. It isn’t like an open line of credit,” and, “you got a $200 dollar mattress protector for $120, it should be enough.” They said even more. Anyways, it was an uncomfortable conversation they I didn’t enjoy. I spent $2,000 dollars on a bed and was just trying to use the $200...

So I have been on a pillow hunt for 2 months. I had been waking up with headaches and neck pain from my pillow. I ordered 7 different ones from Amazon. They were all in the $50-$75 range, and they all went back. I went to every bed store in the Medford and Grants Pass area. From stores like Burlington, Ross, Fred Meyer to Macys, Mattress Firm and many, many others. I finally made it in to BedMart here in GP. The gentleman that assisted was friendly and helpful. They had a really good selection and wide variety of pillow types. I found the perfect pillow for me. He was able to get it to the store within a few days. I ran in and grabbed it and couldn’t be happier. It’s high quality and meets all of my needs. I’m tempted to go order second one so I always have a back up. Thankful the pillow hunt is over. I already know when it’s time for a new mattress I’ll be heading there first. Highly recommend. Friendly staff. Great...

Only Shopped in Grants Pass for a New Mattress as I believe in supporting Local Businesses 👍🏼 It’s Not Necessary to name the Other places I considered as MATTRESS LAND earned my Loyalty from the 1st Visit. John represents his Company So Well , as he is not only Easy to talk to ,But listens carefully to what the customer is wanting . If he is unable to answer a specific question, he contacts the owner & gets the information for you immediately ☺️ There was No Pressure to Sell a Certain Product, Nor did I feel Rushed.
