Four Seasons Restaurant — Restaurant in Grants Pass

hello me and a friend of mine goes into for 4 Seasons quite often we look forward to it and we enjoy each in every time at least 1 or 2 days a week for food we find is very fresh and very good we have never once experienced anything bad in 4 seasons this food is Chris it's fresh your vegetables are very well cooked to a very good taste I myself and my friend I know would recommend this restaurant to anyone that is looking for the very good mail add a wonderful price ralph can you find a menu that's got to very good items at 5 dollars with your hot teen cluded I miss don't forget it comes with your soup also so for 5 dollars you get your soup your hot tea and 2 very good items that is very fresh you add 1 more item to it and its 75 cents more so for 575 you have an awesome email and I would and I will say it again recommend it to anyone family friends loved ones who ever to enjoy 4 seasons have a very good male and walk out with a wonderful price the owners are very nice people and they have a beautiful little girl that joint in every now and then they're very friendly and very nice they close down for couple months and my friend and I had to find another place to eat and that was not easy to do because the quality of the food is good...

Went to have dinner and when we arrived there was a family at the counter who was checking out. The lady behind the counter never even looked up and acknowledge us or anyone. The family at the counter had 2 little kids who were running around the restaurant yelling and shilling. Parents were oblivious to this. A couple that had finished eating were waiting to pay. We stood there waiting for over 15 minutes to be seated, acknowledged, but nothing. The waitress that was there didn't come up to say anything or help she just headed for the kitchen. I finally asked if we could seat ourselves and the lady at the counter told me she didn't have time to clean tables and didn't know what was available. I told her there was a table there and she got an attitude and said whatever, you can if you want. We decided this wasn't worth it and left. Beside us there were six other people waiting behind us. We have been going to Four Seasons for about 4 years and have never experienced this. The owner is an awesome lady and their food is very good, but on this visit nothing worked out. This used to be one of my favorite places BUT we had a crappy experience ..My husband and I went in at 8:30 on our way to the casino and they close at 9 and they wouldn't serve us ! They said oh we close at 9 sorry ..I'm it's 8:30 ,there is only 2 of us mind you.. She said they were cleaning the kitchen already but they could make us something to go..But how if your cleaning the kitchen? I've never showed up at a resteraunt 30 mins before they close and seen them turn anyone away ,they even seat people 5 mins before they close..I never show up that close to closing but I've seen people do it and I've never seen anyone get turned away at any other resteraunt before..We know what we want and we are in and out super easy customers and we would've been out of there before 9 and that's the only reason we are ok with showing up somewhere 30 mins before closing ...SUPER WEIRD ! That is just plain laziness, in my opinion ,just because they've been slow all night and decide to start cleaning early so now they don't want a table dirtied ..Not to mention the condition of the resteraunt is bad ,dirty the ceilings are nasty and now this ..Such a shame to this is why...
