Five Below — Local services in Greeley

My daughter and I waited about 20 minutes to exchange an item that would have taken all of maybe 5 minutes. In that time frame the very sweet employee that was up front called back, to who I am assuming was a manager, and asked for assistance as she had stated she was not trained to do any refunds or exchanges. She proceeded to do this another 3 or 4 times. Profusely apologizing to which I responded “it’s ok it’s not your fault. This is how employees get yelled at for the negligence of management”. In one of those times that she called back it sounded like the person on the other end answered “WHAT” annoyed that said employee was needing her assistance, and through the whole 20 minutes not once did that person come up to the front to handle this transaction. The employee seemed embarrassed at the whole situation and then proceeded to tell me that since the difference of said items were 25¢, would I be okay with that loss. I smiled and said “Honey, that’s ok. It’s 25¢!” I then proceeded to ask the name of the unhelpful person. She told me Cami was her name. I thanked the sweet employee and left. I want to give a HUGE kudos to that young lady for the way she handled the whole situation. Please give her that kudos. I unfortunately did not catch her name but she was working on September 13, 2025 around 12:30 at the cashier stations. Also I am sure there are cameras where you could see who is at the...

I really like this store Great selection... Not as good in this one as the one in Denver I went to but still nice... The staff was friendly and helpful... I don't get the self checkouts just to have the employee scan my stuff for me... She should just let us do it ourselves and help the slower people or open another register... The line was long and only two registers were open... Just like the other location I've been to the pricing sucked Nothing really had a price so you are left guessing which really sucks but I'm guessing they like it that way so you spend more I do recommend the store and will be a returning...

It's fantastic that Greeley finally has a Five Below! 🎉 The convenience of having one right here in the city is a huge win. Even though it's similar to other locations, it's great to have this option closer to home.
