Most incompetent management I've dealt with in a long time. I will never use this location again. Ordered an order online to be delivered same day. Received a text that morning that it would be delivered. Then it was canceled. Then when I called they said oh yes we have it right here it will be delivered. Then when it wasn't delivered that afternoon I called again and they said oh yes it will still be delivered. Of course it was never delivered. 5 days later I call and ask just to get my money back, and they said you can pick it up. I said no it's too late I needed it that day so I just want to refund and they said oh you have to come in to get the refund. I don't live nearby so that was the whole purpose of having it delivered. I'm in the middle of planning a wedding and I don't have time to make an extra trip. So having to file a chargeback with my credit card company to get my money back due to their incompetence is ridiculous. The management...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst experience EVER! A few (6) friends and I went in maskless...a few on general principles, a few for Medical Exemption reasons. We were met with the most HOSTILE staff and manager!! We were advised to not enter any aisle that a "masked" customer was in...we were to leave the aisle!! We were then followed while we shopped. The front door (automatic) was shut down and an employee stationed there to not let anyone in who didn't have a mask. Bit discriminatory don't you think? Other stores have corporate "policies", and I've been asked if I want a mask, but when I say no, I'm allowed to shop without the being followed, front door shut down and all the other things I had to endure last night. I will NEVER, EVER set foot in a Michael's store again, and I spent a lot of money in there prior. I will take care of my health, and I don't need an organization telling me what I have to do in regards to my health. Goodbye,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI really did like going here. When I was there last, a "ghost shopper" was obviously watching me. I don't know why they thought I was trying to steal something, but she wasn't trying to be discreet. I was looking for the perfect set of watercolor pencils, and as I looked around the store, I did often pick up something that had already been opened by someone else. I don't know if they just thought I had opened those things, but I was embarrassed and left. The cashier, whom I had seen before, was suddenly cold to me. Could be unrelated, but it felt horrible to be followed around and watched the entire time I was there. The employee could have at least pretended to shop for something. It almost felt like she wanted me to leave because she assumed I was stealing. I think I will just go to Hobby...
