I placed a mobile app order. Thinking it would be faster than just going through the drive-through ordering and waiting I was wrong. I still had to wait when I pulled up to the speaker. The person repeated my order back to me and I confirmed to him once again that on the Cantina chicken bowl has NO purple cabbage and he said yes OK I got that. I was also informed that they were out of, the cantina chicken so could they please use grilled chicken? What option do I have at that point besides to just change my whole order that I’ve already paid for I don’t have time for that! I continue to wait and wait and wait for my order I get up to the window. He apologizes for the wait, hands me my food. Of course I don’t look. I just want to get home and eat, I pull out the burrito and start eating and thinking man this is dry. I keep eating crunchy hard bits and spitting it out. Come to find out the rice is hard. By the time I get home, I’m at the end of the burrito the end we’re all the sour cream is at. I get home and pull out my bowl and was wanting to eat it so badly. I look at it and think it looks like somebody just shook it all up that doesn’t look appetizing and it has the cabbage in it that I did not want very disappointed. I tried to call the store, but nobody Answers. It almost sounds like somebody picks up the phone and it’s silent and then they just hang up so nothing gets resolved. I can’t get back to the store to resolve this now because I don’t have a vehicle. So they just made some money! All the other pic are the “grilled” enchilada. I scooped everything to one side so you could see...
Read moreVery inconsistent food and staff that is best described as a mixed bag.
While it is far better than it used to be, and people are no longer receiving orders where every single item is incorrect, the location seems to bounce between providing exactly what you paid for, and slapping a bunch of half-full/half-made product into your bag and claiming it's supposed to come like that. It is pretty much a toss-up whether or not you will receive the add-ons that you pay for, and it is best practice to make sure that you check for ingredients you asked to be removed from your items before you leave, because they may be present anyways. This wanton abandon could be incredibly risky if you have any dietary restrictions, and while I'm not vegan and thus cannot confirm it, I would not trust that they are properly keeping the vegan nacho fries and vegan nacho cheese separate from animal products as a result.
The staff is also a very heavy mixed bag, with some of them being incredibly kind, and others being so rude as to speak negatively of customers to other co-workers while the customer can hear them. I understand that it can be frustrating to have to remake an item, but if you made it wrong in the first place and the customer was kind and patient in asking for assistance you should not be talking about them like they personally attacked you.
The location is always kept incredibly clean, but due to the heavy inconsistency in quality and quantity of what you pay for, and the staff that is half okay and half socially inept, I would recommend you go somewhere else if you have the...
Read moreThis is by far one of he worst TB locations around but it kills me because it’s the most efficient location based on my address, despite multiple grievances I still am dissatisfied every time, Tonight I tried to place an order through the app and had a difficult time proceeding to checkout, so I went through the drive through and asked if there was anything we could do, immediately the employee didn’t offer to try to help and shut me down, nope, can’t do it, idk how, we’re not trained on the app, only severance of solution was you can order now, I asked if y’all honor the pricing of the online menu so I could still get the best deal and enjoy my Bell! But same response, very inattentive uninterested reply. And then I think due to her irritability and attitude (I know I was lingering but as a customer you should be able to have a dialogue with the employee and inquire) I was met with well,,,we don’t even have drinks or lids right now so…(so what? It felt like she wanted me to leave) it came across as very dismissive and rude to be honest, I might just be a little sensitive but these sort of interactions are exhausting for everyone and leave a bad taste in my mouth and no Taco Bell in my belly. Please try to train the employees a little more and to have tactful replies, I will say she did tell me to have a good night, nonetheless still bummed...
