Used to be really good. Then they charged me $9 + tax for something I didn't buy along with the rest of my order. When I went in with the receipt they had to "check the cameras." After 5 minutes of waiting I was finally told the manager couldn't narrow it down, but here's $9. I had tried to take care of it the day before when it happened but no one would help me since the lobby was closed and for some reason they wouldn't deal with a simple refund through the drive thru. Been coming here for two years almost exclusively but I'll find somewhere else to go if it's this hard to get my money back for something...

Went through the drive through and asked for a case of craft beer. Employee was Sam - new hire. He didn't recognize the brand so I told him where it was stocked. He Didn't look for it.... Never even walked away from the window.... Just replied "yeah. I don't know man. Just come get it yourself."

Wow. Kind of defeats the purpose of the drive thru lol. Fortunately Mariah was there and she found it for him. Dave, Marty and Allison are awesome.

But c'mon. That's like going to McDonald's and asking for a cheeseburger... "nah, make it youself". It's hilarious in a way, but mostly...

I don't drink. Went in there with instructions from my wife on what to buy my brother-in-law for Christmas, some whiskey. They didn't carry the brand she suggested, but I told the guy there what I was looking for and what my budget was ($50-$75). He said I know exactly what to get and pulled bottle from behind the counter for $37. My brother-in-law LOVED it, and I was very impressed that he could have made more money off me knowing my budget, but it may have been a worse...
