EXTREMELY UPSET AND WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT ON 29TH STREET IN GREELEY COLORADO EVER AGAIN!!! OUR ENTIRE ORDER WAS WRONG! WE WERE NEVER EVEN GIVEN A RECEIPT TO SIGN FOR OUR ORDER! IT TOOK US CALLING 15 TIMES FOR A STORE ASSOCIATE TO ANSWER. WHEN WE DID FINALLY GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE, THEY WERE OF NO HELP! THE MANAGER WOULD NOT EVEN COME TO THE PHONE! WE EXPLAINED TO THE ASSOCIATE THAT WE WERE WILLING TO TAKE PICTURES OF THE ORDER OR HAVE THE DELIVERY DRIVER COME BACK AND GET IT. UNFORTUNATELY FOR US THEY WOULDN'T DO EITHER ONE!! THEY LITERALLY TOLD US THAT WE COULD BRING THE ORDER BACK TO THEM!! SERIOUSLY!!! WE ORDERED DELIVERY FOR A REASON!!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! THE ONLY THING WE WANTED WAS, TO GET WHAT WE HAD ORDERED AND THEY WOULDN'T EVEN DO THAT! THEY WOULDN'T GIVE US A REFUND OR CORRECT OUR ORDER! (What we did get from Pizza Hut.... was an associate telling us that he was sorry, and that they were so busy, so swamped with more orders then they could handle, and that nobody at the store had time to talk to us much less help us at all!!!) SOMEONE FROM PIZZA HUT/ EITHER FROM THE STORE OR PIZZA HUTS CORPORATE OFFICE NEEDS TO MAKE THIS RIGHT! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FROM WHAT'S SUPPOSED TO BE A "CREDIBLE" RESTAURANT CHAIN. WE WANT A REFUND AND THEN WE WILL NEVER BE ORDERING FROM THIS STORE EVER AGAIN. WE WILL BE WAITING TO HEAR FROM SOMEONE.... AND "HOPEFULLY" SOMEONE WITH PIZZA HUT CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS BUSINESS AND HOLDING THEIR STORES WRONG DOINGS ACCOUNTABLE....
Read moreWe used to LOVE this location but lately it’s just plain sucked. The last TWO times in a row we’ve ordered we’ve found hair in our food. Tonight we ordered for contactless curbside we arrived when our food was marked as ready. We checked in as well as calling the store (with no answer) two times. Finally, I got my baby out of the car and went inside after waiting for about 15 minutes. There I waited another bit of time before I was even acknowledged. Once I checked in with the associate I was informed my order wasn’t actually ready and I’d have to wait another 15 minutes. Not sure why they marked it ready in the first place. There were SEVERAL upset guests waiting in the lobby in the same situation as me. After waiting a total of about 40 minutes at the location I finally received my order. It was cold and seemed like it had been sitting back there for a while. I also found a hair in my cinnamon sticks this time. I called and complained about finding her another hair in my food. The manager was not helpful and could only issue me a credit to my account. Obviously, I won’t be going there anymore. Finding a hair 1 time could be a off night.. finding a hair 2 times in a row is ridiculous and gross. There were several employees with their hair down and just a hat on. Read morePlaced an order just one hour ago. The sent out the pizza but not the Donut bites. It happens however when I tried calling to rectify the issue I was disconnected 4 times. The lady at the call center was absolutely amazing but I couldn't get ahold of anyone at the actual store. Look like I'm out 12 bucks. Terrible customer service.
Back at it again. I enjoy pizza hut pizza but cannot stand the customer service. I ordered some food for my family at 618 pm and was called approximately 5 minutes after the estimated delivery time. I was told the delivery guy made a mistake and left it at the wrong address. The worker informed me they were re making the order and would add a $15 credit to my account. Cool i appreciate the gesture. An hour goes by and nothing. I call back and am disconnected by the terrible call center. I call again and am finally connected to the store. They began by telling me they dont have me down for an order. We hash that out then i am told that the delivery driver couldn't find my address again and didn't call to attempt to right the situation. They sent it with the same delivery guy who couldn't find it the first time. Then basically relieve themselves of any responsibility to their customer.
