Hey BWW. I already used your contact form and your guest relations tried to blame Grubhub. I was literally told to call them even after they told me to call BWW.
We have been regular customers of BWW since the week they opened. I was a BWW rewards member before Colorado was part of the rewards program. I eat at BWWs whenever we travel, and California had the program almost a year before Colorado.
Loveland is our normal store. Our typical bar waitress in Loveland knows us so well, she does not even ask for my rewards number. We decided to place our first Grubhub order and have them bring us BWW, and the restaurant defaulted to Greeley because of map distance. We ordered a 40 wing bundle, with 20 traditional, 20 bone-in and fries. We added a side of potato wedges. We ordered all the sauce on the side: jamming jalapeno and mango habanero for the traditional, and lemon pepper and spicy garlic for the boneless. My wife only eats the boneless and prefers the milder sauces.
Delivery was quick. Unfortunately, the food quality and accuracy was disappointing. My wife received 17 boneless wings instead of 20. She was saving half the order for our daughter, so yes, it mattered. She did not receive either of her sauces – both were missing. I received doubles of the jalapeno and habanero sauces. The traditional wings were all flats – not a single drumstick. The type of wing is preference, but flats have less meat, and some people prefer drumsticks. The fries were ice cold – although, that is kind of to be expected with delivery, but they could try wrapping them in foil when they know it is a delivery order. The cardboard box with a window does nothing to keep food warm. The potato wedges were also cold, and they were tiny – literally about 1 inch long and very thin. I have never seen them like this. None of this would every happen in store, and definitely not from Loveland. In store, much of this food would have been rejected by our waitress and not even brought to our table. I never would have had to say a word.
We contacted Grubhub and they basically said there was nothing they could do. Sauces are “subject to availability” so if you get them you are lucky. As for everything else, that is not their issue. And to be honest, they are right. None of this was Grubhub’s mistake. Their service was excellent, and I am glad we gave the driver a very nice tip.
I contacted BWW corporate. They told me to contact Grubhub. They literally blamed the driver for their mistakes. Grubhub gets a bag which is closed and tape shut with a paper receipt which has to be torn to open. They have no way of knowing what is inside. Blaming Grubhub for their terrible food quality and missing items is incompetent and insulting to the customer.
Bottom line: do not ever order take out from this restaurant. Frankly, do not patronize this...

So, we went in around 3:50 for dinner. No one was waiting in line, but it took 15 minutes before the hostess came to see us. In those 15 minutes there were managers and other staff making eye contact with us but continued to talk amongst themselves. Finally the hostess came to seat us, but after we walked about 10 feet, she told us to wait because she (or the other staff) had not cleaned off any tables (she was very rude). Finally we were at our table, and our waiter (who was very nice but not the greatest at his job) took our drink order, and proceeds to tell us they’re out of the stuff to make the new MtDew Mojito, and the other drink I had ordered. We picked other drinks which we got about 10 minutes later. Then it came time to order food, we ordered the mixed appetizer (has multiple things on one plate). Our waiter comes back to tell us they don’t have the mozzarella sticks and if we wanted the app without the sticks but still pay full price….we asked if they’d just fill the plate with other things in place of the sticks since we were still paying full price. They did. An hour later we finally got the app and it was cold. About this point I needed a water refill and left my cup at the edge of the table and tried to get his attention but didn’t see him, for the 2 hours we were there I never got another water. Now about an hour and a half in, we start getting our food. Food was warm at best, and it didn’t come out at the same time, over a span of 15 minutes the food all finally came. The other thing was we paid an online fee to choose the music that was playing (like a jute box), and after one song played, they shut the music off so one person could watch the college state game. Yes, I know it’s a sports type restaurant/bar, but this guy was ridiculous, yelling and shouting at the TV while us and a bunch of other families were just wanting to eat. Anyway, then 2 hours later I went to pay, and he brings me my receipt and a pen. I try to sign, the pen doesn’t work, so I did what I could and left him a $20 tip on a $155 tab. Yes $20 was below the 15% most suggest but I didn’t think his service or the businesses service deserved...
Read moreThe worst service ever. When we first got there the girl in the front was so rude. I understand you're having a bad day but don't take it out on people that are not. Plus its a job you have to try and be polite. Once we got to out seats the table was dirty, the girl apologized and said that she forgot to clean the table. We then sat down and were waiting for the longest time. The waitresses was taking forever to get our drink and our order and she was forgetting everything. I didn't get mad just because i understand it was just probably a busy day for them. Finally we got our food and I started eating right away, I was starving. On the 3rd wing I bit into, something tasted very off but I ignored it and took another bite. This time it tasted horrible. I looked down at it and it and the wing was so red you could see some blood on it. It was completely raw. All of a sudden my appetite went away and I honestly wanted to throw up a little bit. Right away I informed the waitress and she said she will take the food and replace it right immediately. The manager came out and tried to say that the wings were not harmful and that he will be happy to give me something else on the menu or give me a new plate of wings. My husband convinced me to try them one more time. I knew he just wanted to have them for himself. They brought me the new wings and he bit into them first and said they were alright. I took a bite of one and it just tasted the same as the last one I had ate. We cut a few in half, just to see if they were raw, and some were a little hit red. We decided to just pay and leave after that. I just did not feel like making a big scene about it anymore. I was kind of frustrated and i felt bad complaining to them again. I felt like that would frustrate them too. We got the check and I was hoping maybe they would give us a small discount. Instead they added an extra beer to the check. It said we ordered 3 beers when I know my husband ordered 2. We told the waitress and she apologized and said she would fix that. We payed and left as soon as we could. I love wings but I will never go to this...
