I am very disappointed with this location, I been buying my shirts, suits, ties and pants here for the past 6 years and never had an issue until today, yesterday I came to buy some shirts I asked the lady to working there for Slim shirts as I always do I gave her my size and I grab one pink shirt and she exchange my slim shirts for normal ones, by the time I got home and was about to use one shirt I noticed she gave me normal shirts instead of the slim ones, I came back to exchange them but they lady there started to argue with me saying it was my fault for grabbing the wrong shirts when I told her the other lady exchange the slim shirts I had asked for instead of the slim ones. And the lady kept saying it was my fault and that the other lady never grabbed the shirts that I grabbed them now I have the shirts that I don’t want for the employees mistake. I am very disappointed. I am a business man and I help this business a lot with recommending this place to my employees but now I am going to change my employees to another sore of shirts so that this business loses its business with me. I am never coming back to this horrible and unprofessional business were the employees argue with the customers....

I’ve always loved India and its people, and I want to make it clear that my frustration has nothing to do with the country or culture itself. Unfortunately, the manager I encountered at this location does not represent the warmth, kindness, or hospitality I’ve experienced from Indians in the past.

I came here simply to purchase a tie, something that should have been straightforward. Instead, I was met with dismissiveness, condescension, and extremely poor customer service. The way I was spoken to was unprofessional and unnecessary, leaving me with a very negative impression of this store.

I regret ever stepping into this store. I purchased a suit that was supposed to be worth the price, but it was a huge disappointment, the quality didn’t come close to what I expected. When I went back to raise my concerns, the manager’s behavior made the experience even worse.

Instead of addressing the issue professionally, he gave me degrading looks from head to toe and pulled faces that made it clear he didn’t take me seriously. His manner was dismissive, rude, and completely unprofessional. Rather than offering any solution, he acted like I was a nuisance for even bringing it up.
