On Saturday I attempted to order a $400+ limited edition bottle of whiskey for a Christmas gift for my 97 year old father. I even paid $82 for FedEx overnight shipping. I called the store prior to ordering on the website and was assured my order would be shipped. I placed the order via their website. Apparently my bank flagged it as possible fraud and sent me a message to confirm it was me, which I responded to. Today I get home from work to find my card hasn't been charged and my order hasn't shipped. I contacted the store and they tell me my card was declined (yes, it was flagged) and that they called me but didn't leave a message because allegedly my VM box was full. Yet the bank left me a VM the same day. They never tried putting it back through or calling me Sunday (they have posted hours) or today, Monday. I'm very disappointed that they didn't even try. And so very sad to have no gift...

You don't see great customer service nowadays. I received nothing but the best from them when completing my purchase. Truly going way above and beyond to help me get this purchase through. I'm an online shopper for them. I saw something that I wanted to purchase on their site. They contacted me to work with me on providing all the information that they needed to transition this purchase successfully. So if anyone see's something on their site and not located locally, work with them. They are AWESOME...
