Read moreMy last 3 visits there were not a pleasure at all. The last one in particular was awful. Came here to choose what I want for Christmas, but the sales person was more interested in rolling eyes and making annoyed face (because of my kid), than in helping me out with assortment. She kept silence all the time and was only reply my questions, very short. Felt completely not welcomed there. Usually I was offered a business card with phone number, email and names of things I like, but not this time. The next step was for her to go to reach out to her managers for direction, and I had to prompt her to do that as she was basically shrugging me off as if she didn’t know how to do it or the protocols. I said Grace why don’t you check with the manager and find out how to manage the procedure she comes out and tells me that both of the managers are in a meeting. Horrible experience and waste of time - please train your team about receiving tax exemption documents and how to process them. I wasted gas money coming out there and it cost our Non Profit when we waste gas money and time. Charitable organizations definitely deserve...
