Mystic River Railroad Bridge — Local services in Groton

There is a grumpy old guy who has a shift on opening bridge. Boaterscan hardly hear him. He grumbles and talks so low.. a lot of times he refuses to respond to your call for opening. On a train to go back home. Only 30 mins away from my stop and the bridge was raised for boat traffic--no problem. But it becomes a problem when it is taking more than 45 minutes.
