Usually we have amazing service here and the staff is great. Today my husband was trying to look at some of the rings and the sales lady threw them back in the case and locked it. Then walked away. We stood there and waited for a minute to look at some more of the men's rings, and she never acknowledged us so we left without purchasing anything today.

But as I said, usually the employees are amazing...
