DO NOT SHOP HERE. DONNA IS EXTREMELY RUDE. We entered the store and were greeted with the usual “Hello, may I help you?” Then my husband and I said we have an online return and would like to see what other options the store had before returning. She then said with an attitude “Where is the return?” I didn’t have a bag but was wearing my large sized Michael Kors backpack with the two shirts neatly and compactly folded to where it didn’t compromise the integrity of the shirts. To mention, the shirts were in my bag for 5 mins from the car to the store. She then told us “you crumpled it in your little bag” and took the shirts from us and let out a loud sigh and stomped over to the counter. Initially I thought she was kidding. So at the counter I asked her, “are you kidding with us?” And she said “no I’m not kidding and I will have a hard time selling these because they were crumpled in your little bag” I then told her “ma’am you are being extremely rude and we were excited about our FIRST time here and to experience this kind of service is very unfortunate” and she said “I don’t like that I have these shirts that were stuffed in your little bag sweetie.” My husband then said “we will go ahead and take our return and do it online. Ma’am you are very rude and are being out of line.” She held her hands on the shirts at the counter and resisted us taking OUR shirts back to return it ourselves. She finally let us have OUR shirts back and we took them and made our way out the door.
She finally said sorry but it was probably because she felt that she had to, I believe it was insincere because she kept mentioning the size of my backpack and “crumpled” clothing. I told her that apologies shouldn’t have contingencies and should be honest and sincere. I wished her a good day because she obviously needed one. She got snarky and said I hope you have a good one too. She then offered to “make things right” by still doing the return but we were so disappointed and disgusted with her attitude and the overall experience that we will not be doing any shopping here.

Read moreWe’ve never had any issues up until our last visit that involved an exchange. We went in to exchange 3 items purchased online (never worn) and the manager had a fit. I told her that I’ll just mail the stuff back. She scolded that she’ll do it this time but isn’t going to do it again. I bit my tongue but only because my husband had a conference out of town in two days and I didn’t want to run around town trying to find his sizes. When she looked up our account, she was able to see that we’ve spent over $700 within the last year, and the majority of it was at her location. Funny how attitudes flip when dollar signs are involved but the employees are commission based after all. It helps me understand her ways but it certainly doesn’t excuse them. Aside from the drama, she can be rather pleasant and helpful. She is very knowledgeable and spot on when it comes to sizing and finding the perfect fit. She has to be one of the best they have in that area. The clothes are a bit over priced but they can get away with it because they cater to larger body types only.
We will continue to shop here because it conveniently meets our needs and the clothes are stylish. I can only hope that corporate takes some pressure off of their employees. Read moreToday I called this store from another city. I explained to the worker that I was a reward member that had just lost everything I owned in a fire. She immediately offered her condolences and asked how could she be of assistance to me. After explaining I couldn't come there she proceeded to get my sizes and a list of the things I needed ( everything) she explained she had a customer and she was working the morning shift by herself So she would call me back. After a while went by my phone started going off with text messages of pictures of clothes and shoes for me to choose from. After I decided what I wanted she let me know what the total amount would be. Then proceeded to check my account, as well as all online discounts or deals available. Y'all I can not make all this up, this woman is a retail super star. I sent a friend of mine to pick it up.
