Recently, our tv "died" in our master bedroom. We had considered going to one of the big box stores and, given the current environment, we had resolved ourselves to the fact that we would have to wait to replace it. We got a great deal on a top of the line tv and they were able to get it and install it in a matter of days. About 2.5 years later I thought I’d give them another try. Read moreThe idiot who works at this store likes to close an hour earlier and asks you if you're going to just look around or buy something before letting you in the store. His explanation is that he lives an hour away from the store and that's why he's entitled to close an hour early. I drove half an hour to get to the store an hour before closing time and I'm the client. Or would have been. Imbeciles like this should not have a job. High quality audio is not precisely an overcrowded market. We don't have ten other stores to go elsewhere... And with this kind of behaviour, there's not going to be this option either, very soon.
