Customer Service has completely gone out the window. I used to work at a UPS store similar to this store and I’m shocked at how rude some of the staff is. I personally know we are trained better than this. I walk in the store, I’m not acknowledged or greeted by the guy at the front. I said Hello with a smile and a friendly demeanor. No reply back. He was sticking labels onto something and I even commented “oh how nice and cold it is in here” with a smile on my face cuz it was 102 outside. Not that I was expecting the guy to put on a show or sit around and entertain me, but he still completely didn’t address me or greet me and continued putting stickers on stuff. Then he finally turned to me and mumbled “how can I help you” and made no eye contact with me. I still remained friendly and said “I’m just here to drop stuff off” and it was already labeled and ready to go. He just sat there and swiped it and then at the end he just said “want a receipt?” And then just shoved it towards me with no thank you, have a nice day, bye.. nothing. So at this point I’m just annoyed cuz I know how we are supposed to treat customers and I decided to say “thank you so much!!! You have a good night, BYE” and of course no response and I left there shaking my head, because why bother hiring people who clearly don’t like people and don’t like to even have basic manners and can’t greet customers or say anything. Read moreSTAY AWAY, they will lose your overnight package with very sensitive documents, then make excuses, not worry about finding your package, hang up the phone on you and BLOCK your phone number, because you expected them to do their job and look for it, and then when you go in the store their resident tough guy will pick fights with you while you wait for an answer, telling me to "shup up" several times, man oh man, they are a dumpster fire bunch (minus Bobby). I've lost Amazon packages and my time explaining it to Amazon customer service, but yet still thought they could handle a next day package, (yes silly me, I know) and they botched it AGAIN and then this time they let their personalities out and the rest is forgettable. Read moreDO NOT GO HERE!!!!! A simple request to print from my flash drive. First they make you print from one of their workstations so you have to spend money on computer time. Second they have a $3.00 minimum for using their computer. So a 10 cent print out is now $3.10. Next you are not permitted to print in color. The clerk explained that customers are not suppose to print color copies. And finally the owners are so cheap that they do not provide a break room for their employees. Because before I was able to use the $3.00 workstation to print a 10 cent copy, the clerk had to clear off her lunch from the public workstation....... why doesn't management take that $3.00 and make a break room for their employees. Cheap and tacky.
