Old Navy Outlet — Local services in Hammond

The Hammond Square Mall on Sunday, June 14 @ approximately 10:15 was disappointing as well as down right rude. I made it there and followed the pick up procedure as detailed in my confirmation email and call the number; no one answered. So I walked to the door and a lady comes unlocked the door, walk out and locked them up again. I said ma'am, I just come to pick up an order. She turns to tell me that they do not open til eleven in a dismissive manner. I said well the email said that y'all will be open at 10. She throws her hand up as to shoo away a fly and repeat we open up at 11. I said I'm coming from Amite and the email and website says y'all open at ten. She shoos me away with the hand gesture and while walking towards her car, says call corporate. She's going on her lunch break. So, she got in her car and drove away. Now tell me what kind of rating should that kind of customer service should be ranked. Nobody should have to be treated like that. I have shopped at Old Navy's in different locations Mandeville, Juban Crossing, as well as online, and have been never been treated in this manner. The Old Navy Hammond is a nice store with great customer service. The store needs to be organized a little better. There was a lot of product, just kind of scattered about and not put on shelf or hangers.
