I had been having terrible back (upper and lower), hip and shoulder pain. I had a memory foam mattress that seemed to make the pain worse. I did some research and found I should be using a firmer bed with an egg crate topper. I went to the Original Mattress Factory knowing I could buy a mattress that I could flip and make last longer. Gerren was working that day and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me not only figure out what firmness I needed while also helping me to figure out what size foam topper I needed. He was very patient and I walked out of there knowing I did not waste my money like I did with the last mattress purchase. This review is about a year overdue. When my wife and I moved here about a year ago, we needed a new bed. We shopped around at a few different places, but nothing was like what we saw here. The shopping experience was awesome. We love the mattress set we bought (this makes #3). The only issue we had was with the delivery guys not wanting to help us move the old bedding downstairs. My husband is a senior citizen, I am disabled by 2 bad knees and a bad back, and we have a special needs daughter that lives with us and because we choose to keep the old bedding the delivery guys wouldn't even help us move it downstairs.
