I came in with my daughters during a girls day out. The cashier was not familiar to me, so I had assumed she must be new. She immediately treated my girls like thieves and followed them around everywhere, to the point of making us feel unwelcome. After one of my girls purchased a shirt, she waited until we got to our suv before sending the son of a customer out to us to accuse us of stealing! We tried to make it right by going back inside to discuss her accusation and find out what it was she thought was stolen. She admitted that she never actually saw them take anything, but thpught they must have bevause sge found a price ticket in the dressing room we were using. After questioning my girls, searching them, & the suv, I was confident it was a misunderstanding. I tried to be very respectful. But she had gotten some customers (seemed like her close friends) to ostricize us and they were calling us names right in frint of other customers! The boy of one of her friends ran out and snapped a picture of my license plate. She said she was getting the law involved. So I called the police myself. The officer came, questioned everyone, searched my vehicle, discussed the video surveylance with the cashier, & told us we were free to go home. Went to get a tux for my son's prom The girl.was very dismissive and rude. Refused to measure for the pants. Said whatever his pant size is will work. Of course they didn't fit. She then told us too bad. We can't get new one in time and you must have told me the wrong size. Refused to credit any money back. Then we had to go buy 120$ pants for him to wear. Worst customer service and over priced cheap made products!

Bought a knit sweater for $40. My daughter wore it once and the seam came out. Drove 45 minutes to return it. Got there with the sweater , bag and receipt, they said they didnt feel "comfortable" returning it because we didnt have the tags and because it looked like someone wore it. Well she did wear it ONCE! I expect to get more wear out of a $40 sweater than once!
