Kohl's — Local services in Harlem Township

Kohl's in Machesney Park has maintained a clean atmosphere, has friendly and helpful associates, and provides an enjoyable shopping experience. They have a nice variety of clothing, home items, and much more. And you can't have the complete Kohl's experience without the customer rewards... yes, you need a Kohl's card account to obtain most rewards, but they make it worth it. Most Kohl's rewards customers look forward to getting that 30% off, and then use their percentage off along with reduced price sales items and the "Kohl's cash" rewards. There's also "Yes2You" rewards that you earn as you spend. My only complaint is concerning their shipping in regards to online orders... their shipping is hard to track, and they shipped our order to the wrong address once (which wouldn't be a problem if they made it right, but they didn't) and we had to issue a charge back... which is the reason that it gets four out of five...

Don't bother! The new check out routine is horrible. Missing signs or tiny signage makes it a struggle to get through since they are all in the same place. Self check out; Amazon returns; on line pick up; and finally the regular check out lane is located in the same area!!! This is sad for me as I love to shop their sales. It is too much of a hassle for me to care. People pushing or nudging past you to get to their on line purchases. Amazon return customers waiting in the wrong area only to be told to go out and back in in another area. Now their pissed too. What a headache. This proves to me that Kohl's does not care about their customers. I try to keep my shopping local to help my local economy. Kohl's has made that a difficult choice...

After hours of shopping and I mean multiple stores and several hours I found the perfect air fryer for my son. Which one Kim? O.K I will tell you. The Ninja Double Oven. Game changer. Brought a tear to his eye. He probably thought I paid the $359 sticker price, but no, not at Kohl's. It was marked down to $279 and then I got to the register and they marked it down 20% to $223 and gave me $40 in Kohl's cash. Best purchase ever. I am going back to get a few of those beautiful vases from Italy. Men, Valentine's Day will be here soon. They took Elder Beerman from Beloit, but I don't mind the little drive for this store. 5 stars folks. Please don't show my son this. I want to stay Best Mom Ever for a little longer. Happy New...
