so me and my friends just went there, we walked around for about 30 mins and found some pretty cute stuff but a lot of items didn’t have a price tag on it. so my friend found a super cute phone charm and the sign above the whole rack of them said $5.99, we get up to the register and we were hurrying because they were about to close and my friend realized when we left she was charged $11.99 for it and not $5.99 like she had intended to be charged. so we go back in there and the sign for the phone charms have mysteriously “vanished” and their was no pricing for them. we go back up to the register and let the associate know what happened and she was insanely rude and said “oh the pricing signs was just wrong, no returns or refunds” (which was not said to her when we were checking out) and the associate was just rude. so we walked out and my friend was crying because she was over charged and embarrassed. the store is cute but if the signing is wrong then change it? or honor the pricing that was stated originally. i know it’s a new store so ill cut yall some slack but seriously? overcharging someone and then not apologizing and just refunding her the money (or she would’ve even returned the whole item for a full refunded but that was denied). My other friend was even overcharged for a plush keychain which was around others that were $8 but she was charged $12. hopefully yall have a better experience. disappointed to...
Read moreThis used to be a great store and we have been several times, as the merchandise changes constantly. We loved to buy all the different snacks, and the stuffed animals were different and unique. It used to be the highlight of our mall trip, as we would spend at least an hour looking at everything and would spend a decent amount of money. It is horribly mismanaged now, shelves empty with boxes ready to stock sitting on the floor all around the store. All three employees were towards the back of the store hanging out while boxes blocked the aisles. As we stepped over the boxes we were given the side eye by the employees as we passed by. Almost like our presence was a bother. Not one of them acknowledged us, said hello, or made mention to watch our step around the mess that was blocking two aisles. The front of the store had nobody at the registers and the front counter was also in complete disarray. Decided I wasn’t going to wait for them to finish their hangout time to spend money on overpriced items. And speaking of the merch, it’s not as good as it used to be, nothing better than what you’d find @ the Dollar Store, just overpriced junk. They’ll get by with the holidays coming up, but I don’t see any long term for them the way it’s been going over the last six months. Really sad to see because we loved this store so much. We...
Read moreWeak ass management. Why have a “return policy” printed on the receipt if all sales are final and I can’t return my new unused item? I went 3 separate times to return it. The first time I was told that there was no cash in the register and I was told to come back Thursday. Thursday came around and I was told that only a manager could do the return but that there was no manager. Today I went back and was introduced to the “manager” who told me that her “manager” said they don’t accept returns. I’ve had to drive 40 minutes each time, 3 separate times, and I’ve spent more than the item was worth at this point in just gas, not to mention the time that I’ve wasted sitting in traffic, just to be told that I can’t return it even though the receipt and the website both say I can return new items within 7 days. I’ve worked retail before and I understand its tough but I’m not asking for anything unreasonable, and I’ve made sure to follow the “return policy” down to a t. It sucks to talk to “managers” that just quite frankly don’t give a shit though. After it was all said and done, I was told “ that’s tough, go waste 40 more minutes and drive somewhere else”.. It’s cool. I’ll take a loss on my $39, but when this store goes out of business like all the other worthless stores at Concord Mills inevitably do, I’ll...
