I placed an order online call customer service to make sure that they had the vase that I wanted ,she reassured me that they had 9 in stock at the store ,once I got to the store after driving five and a half hours they did not have the vase they were out of stock, they showed no concern once I told them I drove 5 1/2 hours management decided that he wanted to step in and call other stores to see if they had the vase, but I really left with a bad taste in my mouth because from the point I walk in the store he( manager)Shrugged his shoulders up like who cares,, poor...

She said she wasn't sure, but they might all be sold and offered to look up the inventory in the computer. The computer said the store had 4 in stock.
