Whoever manages this store needs the revisit the process for assisting customers. Why is there a line forming out in the mall for this store? You have multiple employees in the store yet there is only one clerk/salesperson per every one customer allowed in the store. What if someone just wants to browse your merchandise or exchange/return and item? You make them stand in this long a$$ line, seriously? If the concern is theft then 1) restructure/reorganize how you display your merchandise 2) hire onsite security. You donât even have people walking outside consistently to check on the customers in line. This is a ridiculous process for this relatively inexpensive (compared to Kay, Reeds, Helberg etc.) jewelry. I would understand if you all had high end diamonds⌠which the stores in concord mills that sell way more expensive jewelry isnât even this strict. A tray of â50% offâ jewelry was abruptly put on the counter instead of the salesperson inquiring what he was looking to buy. When told that he needed a size 8 ring, the salesperson yelled out âwe have size 7 1/2 and 9.â When the salesperson was asked if the jewelry was made with real diamonds, the lady took offense and told him he should go elsewhere if he wanted real diamonds.
