Paul Bunyan — Restaurant in Hayden

My husband and I come to this place every so often. We have resided here almost 30 yrs. My husband has been coming here that long. I had mentioned my fish was over cooked per usual up at the counter after I specifically said please don't cook it so dark. She said it is up to temperature and I specifically cooked it myself. She came over interrupted our meal and said you know you complain every time you come here. I said well maybe it's cooked to temperature but when's the last time you changed the oil? She said it you must know it was 2 days ago. You don't need to be coming here anymore. I asked for the owner and she said that she wasn't going to give me that information that I could call any one of the locations to locate him. That older woman was very rude and should not be in the public's eye. She needs to go work remote or something... She said she was going to tell the owner that she specifically for us not to come back. Not even having finished our meal my husband and just threw the rest of our meal in the trash. Worst service ever on 4/23/22! 15 minutes in line behind one car at the window, once we got to the window the kid took my money and we didn't see him for around 5 minutes. Then another kid comes to the window with the wrong order for us he then asks what we ordered, after telling him he closed the window for another couple of minutes and then came back again asking what we ordered. I then just handed him my receipt and said come on this is ridiculous, he closed the window again and came back a couple of minutes later and said they would have to remake our order I finally had enough and got a slow refund.
