ALDI — Local services in Heath

I have absolutely loved going to all locations of Aldi for years now! I used to visit them a few times a week to be quite honest, but last November my children and myself were shopping at your Heath location and almost finished with our shopping (all we needed was milk and we were done) and one of your employees approached us and requested me to put a mask on or leave... I informed her That I have a medical exemption and she told me it didn't matter, I needed to put one on, or leave.. I had a full cart of groceries she told me to just leave it... I have not been back since. That was November... its almost May... Big mistake Heath...

Bought strawberries yesterday, package didn't appear ruined until I got home and opened it up to wash. This isn't the first time this has happened, similar experiences of potatoes, salad mix, green peppers, grapes, tomatoes. Whoever your produce suppliers are, they SUCK! Multiple locations Heath, Newark, New Albany, Mount Vernon all I have bought bad produce from, product goes bad more quickly, or is already damaged. You charge more for a product that isn't reliable! I cant be the only one who has noticed in the past year how quickly your produce goes bad once brought home.... I'm done shopping for produce at all of...

The manager there, a blond woman with glasses, can be described using a few choice words. One time I was in the meat department in the back of the store and I tried to reach something that I could get without bothering her. I said excuse me as I reached and she started slamming the box that she was sticking from into my arm. When I got to the register the girl was very polite and I asked to see the manager.
