Starbucks — Restaurant in Heath

I'm just going to say that I go to this location every day and have been for months and I ordered the same thing every time!!! Literally the same drink made the same exact way every single time but, and I just can't understand how someone goes into your location every day for months, orders the same thing, made the same way every day and yet, it's, for the majority of those visits, it's never made the same way! Unless the people working know me and everyday for months and months I would think that they would know me by now, unless it's someone that knows me or just the way I order my drink, it's not made right! Then I'm completely ticked off and it irks me that I go in there and ask for the same thing made the same way everyday and I can't get that and I just don't understand how that's possible? If you don't know if you're making it right, ask, it's that gosh starting simple just ask!!! But instead, they make it wrong and if I mention it, then I get attitude and I'm asked what do you want me to make it again because I suppose I can if you want me to And it's like oh okay yeah now I want to say yeah I do want you to make it again, no then I'm even more irritated that they couldn't make it right they couldn't ask me if they were making it right And then when they don't make it right I get a puppy attitude because they didn't take the 2 seconds it would have taken to ask me if it was the right way before they completed it. I'm done with this place I'm done with it I have tolerated this and I keep hoping that it'll change and there can't be such a huge turnover that these people haven't made my drinks many many times as much as I go in there. So I'm just done and the management there really doesn't care at all because I've edited my review several times and not one time ever ever did it get commented on by anyone and...

I ordered a Carmel frappe to give me caffeine for work at 3:12pm. And people came in about 5 minutes later and ordered drinks. At 3:31pm the people after me got their drinks and I was still waiting on mine. I got my drink at 3:35pm. Then had to rush to work. I took a drink of it when I got in my truck. 0 taste of Carmel. I didn’t have time to go back in without being late for work after waiting over 20 minutes on this drink. I kept trying it to see if it had a taste like the Starbucks I’ve used before. After drinking half of it. I trashed it because it only tasted like ground up ice the WHOLE time. Then about an hour into work. I got very tired all of the sudden like it had sleeping meds in the Starbucks instead of caffeine when I got plenty of sleep before work that day. So I had to go buy a monster energy drink just to stay awake at work and couldn’t sit down and relax on break because I might doze off. I DONT EVEN RECOMMEND THIS STARBUCKS TO MY ENEMIES, I WILL NEVER...

I’m a fellow Starbucks barista, I’ve been to MANY different Starbucks locations, and let me just say this- the workers need more training ASAP! It was almost like nobody knew what they were doing :( I hate to say that since I know the struggle of being a barista but I literally ordered a drink with oatmilk and instead of them telling me that they were out of oatmilk- they gave me 2%… Didn’t ask me if I wanted almond,soy, or coconut milk. I’m sensitive to dairy, so that was lovely when I took a sip and realized. I went in to get it fixed and then waited for 15 minutes on top of the 30 that I was there- then had a barista ask me if I wanted whip on my chai…? And for a little cherry on top- the drink had WAYYYY too much syrup in it. It’s normal to mess up but that was BAD! Everyone looked like they were miserable too. I understand if your day isn’t going too great- but a smile is what makes the Starbucks...
