I come to this store a lot for online pickup orders and I never had an issue until today.

I had placed two orders which for both I got a confirmation email and text saying they were both ready. When I arrived at the store, they could only find one of my orders and the female manager told me to “come back in a few days” for my other order despite me having confirmation it is there. Other employees found my second order and they were really kind.

I get working in customer service sucks and people have bad days, but when people spend money at your store and your order is ready for pickup, find their order or solve the situation without telling them to “come back in a few days.” Super unprofessional and I won’t be doing store pickups anymore at this location.

The male manager has always been super kind every time I have went into the store and he has always been able to not have an issue finding any order I have ever placed...

I am not pleased with the customer service of this particular store. After chasing down an associate of 5 that I had counted just to use a fitting room I placed an order on hold.The next day I made several calls before leaving my home which was 40 minutes away to confirm the pickup of my hold items and received no answer . I am disappointed with the worker in there today just moments ago I went in and was getting ready to spend spend spend and the worker was trashy to me not cool man most the time I always get a really helpful person but today got the worst of the worst ! She needs replaced quickly! Mad cause someone took her away from her and another co workers conversation about everything but work...
