We cannot say enough amazing things about Eric & Catering by the Grill — they were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish! Communication was seamless and professional. Eric was responsive to our questions and requests. He made planning easy and stress-free.

The pork tenderloin cutting station was a guest favorite — perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. The grilled chicken was juicy and delicious, and the sides were equally impressive. He even provided a day-of lunch for our wedding party - box lunches with chicken Caesar wraps, pasta salad, and cookies to keep us fueled for the day!

And the late-night pizza? Genius. After hours of dancing, it was the perfect way to refuel and wrap up the night. Our guests are still raving about it!

We booked Eric and team to cater our wedding. I found communication with him to be less than ideal. He seemed too relaxed and would respond with one word responses when trying to review the plan/check in weeks before the event. This of course led to things not going as planned day of event. We were supposed to have non-alcoholic beverages out for guests which they completely forgot. They were supposed to help cut the cake but that didn’t happen without us reminding them after the fact. Many of my guest complained that the servers tried to clear their plates before they were done eating. Seemed like they were in a hurry to leave.
