The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Heath

Well I am not a big ham person but I do quite love turkey seeing as how I have never eaten there before and I had quite a generous gift card we decided to go check it out the gift card that was given to us was $75, for two frozen sides and a turkey breast that we had to essentially come home and cook ourselves it was a $90 meal. well let's not forget the buns that they added in I cannot say that one thing that was in the menu that night was necessarily top-notch the broccoli was probably the best thing that we had and frankly I could get the same broccoli at Kroger for around $7 I was not particularly impressed with the turkey and the green beans were rubbery... I am one that always says you should try anything twice because it may have been done wrong the first time however in this event I do not believe I will be going back for round 2... The money paid for a frozen dinner that's not much better than something I can pull out of a freezer aisle in any grocery store in Middle America is a little outrageous however the people in the store working were absolutely amazing and very helpful I would be more than happy to deal with them again just in a different place. My wife call to order a ham and asked to make a reservation. She was told that they did not take reservations but that there were plenty available and she could come by the next day to pick one up. We decided to go there the same day to make sure we got a ham and were asked by an employee if we had a reservation since we could only get a ham if we had reserved one. When we explained that we were told we could not make a reservation just a few hours earlier, we received only a blank stare. I can't think of anything I've had at Honeybaked Ham here in Heath that hasn't been DELICIOUS!! I've had a lady named Debbie that has usually helped me with my orders. She is very friendly and helpful, goes above and beyond. The sandwiches are always so tasty and my husband and I also love the ribs you can buy and heat up at home.
