ETA the order was paid for, and I never received the food so I wanted either my money back or the food that I had already paid for and never received!
I placed an order on the website on Halloween. When I went to pick up my food, the store was closed. I called the following day and off and on for four days before someone finally answered. I tried to correct the problem through corporate as well, but there was no phone number listed, and the contact form just says page not found once you try to submit the form. I told the woman at the store what happened, and just wanted either a refund or the food I had ordered. She was very short and rude and said I had to call a 1800 number. My husband called back bc there was no number listed on the website (we finally found it after this call but had to Google Taco Bell Complaint Number to find it.) He simply asked nicely and was patient despite the woman being rude to me, and she had the nerve to give him an attitude too! Finally beyond fed up he simply asked for her name, was not rude about just said okay and can I get your name, and she freaking hung up the phone! How she has a job let alone is a manager is beyond me! I know it’s fast food and gets frustrating with people, but seriously! Read moreI normally only go here late at night because it's one of the few places that's open. There's always a wait, but I expect that by now so it doesn't bother me. But they've messed up every. single. order. We either get the wrong food, it's a mess, or items forgotten entirely. Normally this isn't an issue, normally they fix it without a problem. There's 2 employees that we see at night that work the register that are always really nice and we joke with. This time we went a couple hours early and met someone different. We checked the bag as we drove away and, to no surprise, they forgot the sauce we ordered. No big deal, we went back and asked for it. Problem is, the employee started arguing with us. He said he put it in there. So we checked the bag again just to make certain we didn't miss it. Nope, nothing there. So we took the bag to show him and he said he double checked it, making it sound like we took it out to lie and get more. He continued to say this multiple times, basically calling us liars. After a couple minutes of arguing with us and telling us we were wrong he finally gave us one. All this over a 50cent sauce packet! The other 2 employees we normally see have no issue and understand people make mistakes, but this guy blew up over nothing. Don't think we'll be back after this. Read moreNever again will my family come to this place. Was treated very rude at the drive through. But kept asking me for my order and told him to give me a few. He ask me again and I ask him to wait. He said well I need your order, I said we haven't decided yet, plus there are 4 cars in front of us and can't see the whole menu. He said that if I didn't order when ask to that he was going to refuse me service. I then said how can I order when I can't see the whole menu? He replied that's my problem and he was now not taking my order. I said so this is how you treat people that can't see the whole menu. As well as I'm a disabled veteran and your going to treat me like this. He said he has no respect for veterans. So I ask him for his name and he refused to tell me. So the manager come on and said I was being rude so there refusing to serve me. I even told the manager that I can't see the whole menu because there are cars in front of me. She even replied that's your problem. I'm also notifying there corporate office over this incident. No one deserves to be treated this way at any business. And they will never get mine or my families business again. Just to let you know I had my 6 year old daughter with me and she heard the whole conversation and said why are they being jerks dad.
