The Heath location used to be great when other people were there and they had a different manager. In the last few months though, it doesn’t seem like anyone knows what’s going on at any given time. There’s an older woman in the office who’s extremely rude, the male (manager I think) seems like he’s only interested if money is involved and the reps act like they’re lost. I pay for furniture and I pay for insurance on them. I went in because my couch was damaged and ripped and I just wanted to get it fixed. They acted like I had three heads and didn’t know what to do. It wasn’t something I could repair but it being a 4 thousand dollar couch, I figured they would help. They decided to put in an order to repair it and give me a loaner couch (still haven’t gotten that done though) The loaders I believe have been there a while and I’ve never had an issue with them. I had an appointment today though for the couch to be picked up and since the loaders were late I called for an estimated time. The office woman said “I don’t know where they are” ummm shouldn’t you know? Or find out? Planning to cancel a future purchase because I don’t think I want to continue business with them. Now the bad the reason for my one star review. I've been dealing with rent 2 own as a company for over 5 years, I've been a loyal customer. They had been respectful and very helpful for the most part. Recently there was a lot of communication issues with staff. there were never straight answers no one knew what was going on and honestly it still seems to be that way... But now I've had a few conversations with a particular employee where words I had said were manipulated and changed to suit what they wanted, my amount to be charged has changed and with out my permission I've had cards saved and charged that were not supposed to be I even notified them that they were 1 time payments not to save the cards. If you're having a hard time they help you make your payments that fit the budget you have during that hardship the best way they can. They are always respectful and kind people. I've never had a bad experience. If theres an issue with an item I am purchasing the make it right! If you need something right away they do there best to make it happen! You couldnt ask for better people and they dont just treat you like a customer they treat you...
