I was running errands then when I saw this new boot barn, I was sooo excited that I was runnin to the store and had so much fun. 😁🫶 Thankful to have River, she’s really helpful and very sweet. 😊💗❤️ Loved how Dany put the outfit together on the mannequin that I bought the set lol. 🎀✨😍😂 I’m definitely coming back again and again!

REAL COWBOYS STAY AWAY. Absolute worst customer service no one knows anything about anything here opening day maybe just close it down. 3rd generation cowboy here was so happy about a boot barn close to the farm but no they hired anyone who applied no one there has worn boots or a hat before.

Boot barn is my favorite place to shop...great stores and great clothing. This store is smaller than the one on the strip so it doesn't have as much to choose from. But still great people working there always friendly.

By far the worst customer service. No one was welcomed by introducing themselves as staff members, you have to be the one to ask are you available to assist me. The only person I came across was Jose who was helping my wife. A nice and approachable kid willing to help doing everyone's else's job .Other than that the rest of the staff...
