I have been a customer here for 1 year and I have bought 1 Purple Urethane Hammer, 1 Black Pearl Hammer, 1 3D Hammer Offset, as well as redrilled 2 other balls, along with buying shoes, 2 shirts, and various other accessories. They have it all here, and if they don't have it they can order it in typically the next day. They can drill on site and have your ball fitted to your stats very quickly. I had an issue with my ball and John the manager made it right and resolved the issue the very next day. Excellent customer service and I will be back to buy my son a NFL team logo Buffalo Bills ball for his birthday next month. I can't stress how knowledgeable and professional they are here. Jon And Paul are the best at what they do. Was at J B Bowling Supply today 2/21/ 2022. Great Service and they help find the right ball that fits to you and your liking. They are the only ones that I deal with cause I have my left arm amputee from a rollover accident in 2015 of May. I went to Jon and showed interest in me. I bowled back in Florida on League's there and moved back to Vegas. He started me in a 11 lb ball was to light after I got started with in a year went to a 13 lb ball now I am in a 14 lb ball finger tip and 5 times a week and on 7 League's. Jon , Paul , Trish and the rest of his staff are top notch and great people who know the Business and I send quit a few people there.
