This place is AMAZING!!! My husband and I would eat here every night (it feels like we do LMAO) Let me start with the food.. they have sliced chicken as well as beef Phillies, and I've only ever had the beef. As far as fries..they have regular pizza/sub place fries, I get them well done for a little crunch, i get ranch to dip them in, and yall... they have the GOOD ranch, and if you like ranch you know exactly what I'm saying...So the fries are a great addition to my ranch 😆. They also have many other sandwiches, but I can't steer myself away from the Phillies when I go.. I would take a good guess to imagine they are just as good. Now to the guys that work there...these guys in this one (Warm Springs & Arroyo Grande)are ALWAYS nice, never rude, they really go above and beyond. They remember me (even from my 2nd visit) so before I moved into their drive through. They are super accommodating even when things are busy and hectic.. They don't cop an attitude with a special order like many people in CS do, or are least they don't appear that way... and my order is kindof an annoying (you know what I'm saying) I'm super picky. I had a situation with my last visit, and they were so very sweet in helping me... waaaay more than most would have done. But just further proving how amazing these guys are... To sum up my "novel" all up, go see them they have a couple of locations. You won't regret it... Guys, if you read this, keep up the good work. You are A M...

Went through the drive through and the food took a little longer than your typical fast food joint but that was because they made EVERYTHING 100% fresh, in plain view, while we waited. They had a few folks working and once they saw our dog everyone came to the window to say hi or wave.After everyone greeted the dog, the cook, who I think was also the owner” yells out “We love dogs and they are treated for free here” as he held up a whole steak. While the food was cooking, maybe 10 min, the super friendly staff kept checking in and apologizing for the wait, guess we caught them in a rush. Once the food was done they came to the window, gave us our order and again apologized for the wait, then they handed us a second small bag and said they cooked up a treat for our dog, which was basically a full portion of ribeye steak they would normally put on a large sandwhich.

Bottom line, the food was AMAZING! Super fresh and very tasty and the customer service was beyond OUTSTANDING. It sure is nice to find a small business owner that loves his business because it shows in the way his staff treats customers and also in their finished product.

If I could give them 10 stars I would and they will have my business as long as they are there. If you want an excellent cheese steak with super awesome service go see these guys, and bring your dog!

Yes Yes Yes. Husband and I didn't want to spend forever picking a lunch spot so we decided to order from the first place to come up on Grubhub that we'd never ordered from before and this was the place. He got the #2 steak and cheese with no bells and whistles and it was DELISH! Amazing flavor for just meat and cheese! I got the hot Italian with tomato, onion, mayo, mustard, and vinegar and they did not scrimp on anything. So much flavor, such soft indulgent bread, fresh beautiful tomatoes, so so good. We both got the garlic parm fries with bacon and cheese. 10/10 would get again! I expected to eat the cheese and bacon with the top layer of fries and then share the bottom fries with the dogs because I was getting full but the bacon and cheese went all the way to the bottom! Every fry had flavor. I still shared with the dogs but I ate way more of the fries than I should have. Excellent flavor, excellent portion, excellent value. Definitely recommend!

Apologies for the lack of photos but all I have left to take a picture of at this point is empty containers because we ate every last crumb and the dogs licked the boxes clean...
