Lane Bryant — Local services in Henderson

I just had the worst experience with Arlene and the assistant manager Lisa. I purchased quite a few items online and went in to my local store # 04818 to exchange them. The absolute rudeness left me in shock. One item that I had taken out of its packaging to hold up to check for size but still in perfect condition and had the tag was refused. I was told it’s corporate rules it has to be in its packaging. Nowhere on my packing slip or website said anything about it! Be for-warned that this store is not welcoming nor willing to treat customers as they should. I called customer service and talked to a very nice lady who happily accepted my return. I'm not very happy with this location, I had a very bad experience there, I need to exchange a bra that poke me on my armpit, the lady at the cashier was making a mistake and she was changing me with a lot of $$$ , I tried to explained her her mistake, so she called the manager for help, manager didn't let me explain her the issue, plus they denied to exchange my item, and refused to give me service, all of them are very rude!!! When I walked in to look for some clothes for myself, it’s like there was NO one working in this store. There was an older lady helping some other customers at the counter. When she was done I didn’t even get a Hello or can I help you find anything. There was another lady in the dressing room. She looked at me and didn’t say anything. So I walked out.
