   Read moreItâs an ice cream place, so of course youâre probably never going to be exactly disappointed with your order, but they could do better with the service at this location. Most of the time the blizzards here arenât blended very well, and the cups are sticky on the outside. The most concerning thing though is this location has a middle aged guy hanging around inside all the time who Iâm about 99% isnât even an employee, but he will harass you about your receipts, stand near you with his arms crossed and stare at you with a scowl, and get mad at you if youâre being âtoo rowdyâ. One time he rudely refused to hand me back my receipt after I picked up my order and accused me of wanting it back so that I could claim I never received my order. The employees were just watching the interaction happen. He may be special needs, but he makes me uncomfortable every time I dine in and I personally believe he shouldnât be there. If he is an employee, they shouldnât have him around customers if he doesnât know how to interact with people without making them uncomfortable.    Read moreOrdered a large blizzard and paid nearly $6 (too much). Ate in the lobby because I had some time to kill, but they donât offer Wi-Fi. When I went to my table, it was messy and clearly had not been cleaned in a while, despite the restaurant not being busy. When I was down to the last third of my blizzard it became apparent that they had not mixed the candy in very well as it was just straight vanilla ice cream with no candy topping. I went to the counter to explain what the problem was and to ask if they wouldnât mind putting just a little bit extra in (not a full scoop, just enough so I was actually eating a blizzard and not just plain vanilla ice cream). They refused and told me if they put any extra in they would have to charge me for extra topping (more than $1). When I reiterated that the problem was one they created by not mixing it well in the first place they didnât change their position. Even when the manager came over to assist the cashier he told me the same thing. I did not want to get upset and cause a scene so at that point I simply took my vanilla ice cream and left.
