I had the best experience at this boutique. Paris was the absolute best. She was kind and patient through both of my appointments, and she helped me find the perfect dress.

I came in here with a vague idea of the type of dress I’d like to wear. I actually realized I had no idea what I actually wanted the more dresses I saw. They were all beautiful. I was all over the place trying to narrow down styles. They had so many beautiful dresses. I came in saying “no ball gowns” but soon loved a dress perfect for a princess ball. I also said “no fitted cuts” and I bought a fitted cut by the end. I said “I want sparkle” and they had all the sparkles I’d ever imagine. I said “maybe less sparkle” and Paris pulled out dresses with less sparkles. This place has so many options and amazing dresses of visible high quality. I loved them all. I left this place thinking over two dresses I was certain I’d return to buy. I ended up trying many more at other stores but returning to buy one that Paris suggested, and I had previously discarded during my first visit. She has a great eye. I cannot thank her enough for suggesting this one early on.

When I checked other stores and didn’t see anything similar to this one, I felt I needed to get this. It was beautiful. It felt perfect for the venue, the weather, and I loved the look in my second fitting. My best friend was also immediately sold. Paris didn’t push me to make a decision, which also helped me make a decision much faster. I was quickly turned off by boutiques where the owner acted like they were selling used cars. This boutique wasn’t hungry for my business, but they showed enthusiasm for the process and wanted to be sure I felt certain and happy with my decision. I would recommend this place to anyone. It is a nice place and everyone seemed really nice and friendly, but they ripped me off. Told me things would cost a certain amount and then raised the price. They also took off the bustle my dress already had and wanted to charge me to add another one. They seem nice but they are shady. If you want a dress there buy it from the rack and go somewhere else to do the alterations and whatever you need. I wish I had just got it that day and not let them touch it. Literally 0 trustworthy. I got my dress earlier than what I planned to because I didn't want them to touch it ever again. Very disappointed. Adding to my previous review after owner's response: Three of us saw the bustle. One of your workers even said "oh, nice, it already has the bustle in the dress!" and she went on to explain to me how to put it in it and what it was for because I asked her. Also, I was told that it would be $250 for adding the sleeves plus the lace and that maybe it would be a little more (I was charged $200 extra on top of the $250 i already paid) and this is for a $1,200 dress. Anyway, as I said, the staff was very friendly, I will not deny that. Also, I really like the first seamstress I had. The first time I went in I loved them, but then this happened, which was extremely upsetting and distressing to me. By the way, I did not even want to mention this because mistakes happen, but I also had to wait for an hour outside the shop the day of my appointment, and I had to return two days later because the person doing the sleeves was not there. That is already very unprofessional, and more knowing that half an hour of that hour wait was supposed to be the beginning of their business hours (nobody showed up until 10:30AM and they technically...

My lack of stars is based on the way I was treated after purchasing my gown. Not on the way the expert saleswomen treat you while you are in the lovely boutique.

My experience started on Feb 5th. I fell madly in love with my gown and purchased the floor model (due to the timing of my wedding it was the best option). In return there were alterations that needed to be made. I purchased the gown, set up the future appointment times for alterations and left the gown at Silhouette Bridal. Again, the gown NEVER left the boutique and nothing had been done at this time. All I had to prove I purchased the gown was a receipt and a few photos.

Unfortunately, on Feb 6th my future father in law suffered a heart attack that resulted in a quadruple bypass. He has been in the hospital and ICU ever since. Due to the costly expenses we will be covering and his care for after leaving the hospital, we can no longer afford our wedding at Rhodes Ranch nor the gown I fell in love with.

I reached out to Silhouette Bridal and asked for a refund given the heartbreaking circumstances that I can no longer afford the gown or wedding we had planned. The response was kind and heartfelt but claimed they cannot refund me due to the strict store policies. I went from feeling like a person to feeling like a number.

This review is to warn all the brides-to-be that Silhouette Bridal is ran by a heartless corporation. Alicia you were great to me and my family but it’s unacceptable that a refund can’t be approved. I understand this was not your decision and you are not held responsible. However I will be warning everyone I know NOT to come here...
