Art & Coffee Bar on 5th Ave. — Restaurant in Hendersonville

Woman behind the bar asked us not to eat the cookie we purchased for our kids on her gray couch , she was generally ratchety and when I asked for a bit of cream , she fired back “ your bit is different than my bit and and said you can do it”. The drinks were really good and the unique atmosphere was nice, But if you’re going to serve bakery items and coffee assume people will CONSUME them in your establishment ffs. I’ve been a barista for many years and can tell you her customer service was terrible!and she’s not great with people , which should be one of the main things you’re good at if choosing to be a barista. Everyone has a bad day/ isn’t their best so it’s not the be all end all , but damn Super rude. So rude that it didn’t hit us til we were reminiscing on our hike to White duck taco. Like wow that...

Best coffee shop I have ever been to! Very classy unique yet relaxed atmosphe. Always clean and kept. Wonderful place to unwind and talk with friends and family. Great place to go on a date. My wife and I love going here, and she has been all over traveling, and had coffee in every place she's been and says it's by far the best she's ever had right up there tied for first place next to her espresso drinks in France. We will never stop supporting such an awesome place. The owner is the absolute best! Side note: Don't listen to the google directions if Google takes you to an ally area on 4th Ave, the business is infront of the ally on the next street over...

SURPRISE! You just landed in the coziest coffee shop (arguably ever). Trust me… the photos don’t do this space justice- you have to feel it… You immediately feel like you’ve walked into someone’s living room, but in the most welcoming way possible. Sometimes cute places miss the mark on the coffee and food BUT, not here. My latte is outstanding and I indulged in some of the homemade baked goods. The owner is the only “employee” AND bakes herself! I am so glad we stumbled upon this gem and look forward to coming back when we visit...
