I had a wonderful catering experience from start to finish! Mini Batch provided a delicious dinner for a large group. Communication was seamless, food (lemon chicken, quinoa salad, beautiful tossed salad, mini desserts) was enjoyed by all. My son commented the salad had the best tomatoes he has ever tasted! Everything was fresh and wonderfully curated. Mini Batch worked with our dietary restrictions. We also loved the 6 pounds of chicken salad and brunch items for the weekend! Lemon lavender and cranberry orange scones a hit! My guests LOVED the bacon twists and wished I had ordered more. Gluten free mini quiches perfect as well as large veggie quiche and bacon cheddar quiche. Not a single complaint!! The gluten free mini oatmeal pies are quite possibly the best in the world. I will be relying on Mini Batch for many of my future family gatherings and dinner parties. Just wish I would have found them sooner!!...

I had the opportunity this past weekend to try a couple goods purchased at the 7th Avenue Farmers Market. We purchased the Garlic Herb Sour Dough Bread Loaf and a Cranberry Orange Scone from Mini Batch booth. The Loaf Texture was perfect for Toast, as it crisped up very nicely. I don’t eat very much sugar, other than the occasional dessert, so was disappointed to find that this Bread was extremely sweet for my taste. I will check the Shop next, to see if there is an option without sugar, or if custom orders can be taken. If so, I will be a frequent customer as the herb flavor was perfect! The Scone receives 5-stars! It was delicious! Orange zest gave just enough flavor. The scone was not dry and not overly sweet. Just perfect with tea for my after dinner treat. Stacey, the owner is very sweet, outgoing, energetic! She makes awesome Sourdough and an amazing garlic and herb sourdough! She also grows delicious organic raspberries of which she uses to make the best ever. Raspberry jam! You will find a great variety of delicious organic, vegan and gluten-free products at her store. I would highly recommend you stopping by and trying one of her delicious shrub drinks. She also has a wonderful raspberry green tea!!
