We’re here for my sister to try on wedding dresses for her wedding. She made an appointment for 10am and the attendant has been very unemotional the entire time. About 30-40 minutes into my sisters appointment another bride with an appointment comes in and the attendants bring the other bride into the space my sister is doing her try ons in the mirror. My sister and the other bride have a lot of family here and they’re trying to cram both parties into one spot. If they don’t have the space to host multiple appointments at the same time, they shouldn’t schedule multiple appointments at the same time. And the attendant should look at least a little excited considering the brides are here to try on wedding dresses for one of the biggest days of their lives. My sister’s attendant was appropriately excited for the other bride but not my sister. My sister ended up leaving before trying on all the dresses she wanted to because the attendant completely ruined the experience. I’m glad we have other appointments to get to today because anything would be better than the experience we had there. Unfortunately my experience was not good. I went in alone thinking I would have some assistance with finding a dress. The two ladies at the front desk were involved in a conversation but one got up and showed me where the dresses were located then went back to the desk to continue her conversation. There was no one else in the store. I looked around for a bit but did not know where the fitting room was or if I was supposed to help myself and how I was going to even zip the dress up by myself. There was no assistance offered and I had to go up and interrupt their conversation again to ask what I needed to do. They told me to just try on what ever I wanted to. Still not one of them offered to assist. Maybe it was my fault for not bringing someone to help me, but I was very let down by their lack of...
