Wow, what an amazing synchronicity! Ape Ryder Hermosa is definitely one of the best and most unique e-bike shops I've ever been to, and I've visited quite a lot over the years. I was on my way down the street to meet some friends when I noticed one of the coolest looking e-bikes featured in the window. I met with Onur and we instantly bonded, this man is great and is super helpful- couldn't have asked for a better customer experience. Originally I was not planning on buying an e-bike that day, but after speaking with Onur and checking out the Bonobo I knew it was meant to be. That very day I arranged to sell my current e-bike which was ok but didn't have all the features I really wanted... but now with the Ape Ryder Bonobo I am super happy.

I came back to the shop at Hermosa Beach the next morning to pick up the bike and it was such a pleasant experience. They have a really comfortable lounge area with coffee, super nice atmosphere with ape-centric artwork. When I make purchases for things like this, it's ideal to have a friendship with the business and for sure... Ape Ryder Hermosa made me feel like I made some good new friends! The Bonobo is so good, gets moving very quickly with the accelerator. The look of the bike is super cool, feels like a little motorcycle which I LOVE... wayyyy better than the Super73. Dual shocks, hydraulic brakes, storage container, long lasting battery, and great branding to name a few things. Every time I ride this bike... brings so much joy...

Absolutely fantastic experience with Ape Ryder! Our family of four had the best time, thanks to the incredible service and high quality seemingly brand spanking new electric bikes. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine smiles and a warm, friendly atmosphere. The woman who helped us with our rental was especially kind, patient, and accommodating, she truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

We arrived with less than two hours left before closing, fully expecting to have our ride time cut short. Instead, she kindly offered to let us enjoy the full two hours and offered to stay late just for us. That kind of service is rare and so appreciated!

The rental process was quick and hassle free, and in no time, our family was out exploring. The bikes rode great, and clearly very well maintained, it made the experience fun and easy for us all. The rental also included helmets and bike locks incase we wanted to stop off somewhere, we would be able to lock the bikes up worry free.

Their rates are extremely reasonable, especially for a group of four. You can tell Ape Ryder values both quality and customer satisfaction. The store itself was clean, spacious, and well organized, which just added to the overall great impression.
