For future potential customer please ask twice about prices as these sales employee suggest adding design without warning of price increase. My husband and I went to buy a sweater since it was cold and we were celebrating our 1st year wedding anniversary. We enter the store to be greeted by a female employee and the first question I ask was if the price of the sweater and the design is the same one price for the sweater and the logo and she clearly said "Yes". So my husband and I proceeded to look for our sweater and choose our logos just to be greeted by a Male employee who as if we wanted to add our names to the back of the sweater he suggested the sale without telling us it was an increase in price. As a first time here I told him if we could do that since I didn't know what you can or not add base on the one price I thought I was getting. He said I can add my name so my husband and I agree to have our names added to the back of the sweater. Later the same Male employe asked of we wanted the logo to be added on the sleeve too, once again without explaining the extra charge for that as well( he didn't even explain it was only going to be added in one sleeve, just one sleeve) so here I am thinking I'm going to get a good item for a good price just to have a lovely surprise at the end for both sweaters to be a grand total of $295.00. Wow.....I just saw the cashier guy enter and enter numbers and counting the letters of my name and not even explaining the amount he was entering to the register was due for certain letters and logos. Until I was what exactly I was being charged for. I confronted the female employee and told her she said same price for the sweater including the logo she denied it and my husband saw how I was excited for my sweater at first so he played for the item. I walk away that store with a sweater I no longer wanted and that purchase left my husband and I to have an arguement. $295 could have been 2 Disney tickets. Wow...simply wow....I regret letting my husband pay for these items. I do want to talk to a manager or the owner for a solution as I do not want these items. The way my whole experience was guided I feel I was blinded to add all this extra design without advise of the increase. If I were told since the beginning I wouldve made wise decision and still come out with a sweater that its affordable and be a happy customer.
Please future buyers ask twice about prices and make sure to have other sale employee present when asking as they will deny their first respond. Please if any managers or the owner is reading my review I will like to be...
Read moreJust like all the previous posts, these guys are a scam. No prices are posted anywhere in the store. My stepdad liked one of the hoddies (with a design) he held it up and asked how much. The store employee points at the two walls (where we picked up the hoddie) and states all shirts are 19.99. my stepdad confirmed "with the decal". He said " yes like I said all shirts are 19.99". My stepdad picked one up and asked for a specific print on it, guy says no problem. The guy makes the shirt, my stepdad handed him $100 bill. The employee handed back $1.03. When my stepdad asked for the rest of the chat get because he handed him $100 for a shirt that costs $19.99. the gentleman stated that the shirt was $98.97 and he was given the appropriate amount of change.
They refused the honor the price that was disclosed and refuse to give us our money back. He laughed a pointed to a small handwritten sign that was behind a shirt (not in plain sight) that says all sales are final.
Moral of the story, these guys are a complete scam. Also, I don't believe this location is "WAVES" anymore. There is no sign or company name anywhere. When I asked the owner the name of the store he laughed and walked into...
Read moreI absolutely loved visiting this shop! There are countless print options, an array of clothing and other items (highly recommended brands: Ocean Drive and Pacific & Co.) Not to mention, the customer service is exceptional.
Before arriving at the shop, I intended to buy 1 custom sweatshirt and ended up leaving with several pieces of clothing. Upon my arrival back home, I noticed that a piece of a plastic tag was accidentally ironed onto a shirt that I purchased; once I returned to the shop with it, the manager quickly worked with me to find a replacement item and customized a free t-shirt for the trouble. I will definitely visit again.
It is a shame to read the previous reviews, as I did not have any trouble finding prices for the items or the prints nor did I feel scammed. Plus, each of the printed items came out wonderfully. So wonderfully that I ended up buying another custom item after I saw how well the...
