Wonderful experience. The store manager, Cassidy, took excellent care while trying to find different sizes for each set. Impressively knowledgeable about her craft with great advice on how to take care of my purchases. The kiosk was neat and organized that made it easy to sort through the different sections to find the right style/size. She was so patient with me while I went back and forth to what I wanted. Took my daughter there to have her ears pierced as they had multiple associates working and could do both ears at the same time. One of the girls apparently didn’t know what she was doing, the gun got stuck, she stood there jiggling it until the other associate stepped in and fixed it. Horrible experience to have my daughter crying and have to hold her still while the employee clearly didn’t know how to handle the problem. Thankful for the other woman who was wonderful and was able to fix it quickly. They need better training before letting all employees...

Awful experience was ignored when I was standing at the counter. I went to buy a ring was told I couldnt buy anything because I wasnt wearing a mask. I have panic attacks and while wearing a mask was told not to wear a mask from my Dr because it could make the attack worse. Told the lady I couldnt wear a mask due to this reason told me she couldn't take my business.. I guess my $ isn't good enough. Never...
