Not sure why I had an experience such as this but just a heads up for anyone else who needs to return something broken/damaged :) So I went to buy a necklace with my friends and when I got home I put it on but two minutes later I looked in the mirror and the necklace was broken. I decided I would return the necklace the next day. I went to the store and KOUA the store manager was working. I went up to her and asked if i could return it after explaining what happened with the necklace very nicely. Koua then proceeded to tell me that I cannot he rough when opening the necklace with the tape on the back and that the necklace is dainty and shouldn’t be handled carelessly. Koua stressed that I shouldn’t be rough. I didn't say anything back to her. Koua then told me that she was UNABLE to accept the return but could only exchange or give me store credit If I wanted to look around. I was honestly speechless. I looked around but decided to look up the return policy. What do you know, Koua lied. I went back up to the register and asked koua, “so you said i can’t return the necklace?” And she said ,”no but i guess I can do it just this one time, just next time remember to not be rough.“ I didn’t say anything and let her give me my money back. BUT here’s where I unleashed my inner Karen :) I called francescas corporate and asked if it was certain that they accepted damaged returns within a certain amount of days and I spoke with someone and they informed me that what koua did was unacceptable and that she is supposed to in any case take back damages or returns. And if she doesn’t accept another return that I am not to leave the store and to put corporate on the phone with her. And they apologize for getting treated that way. Mind you I have NEVER returned anything that I have bought from there before and usually go there once a month and never bother anyone. * OH and I read that it’s common for francescas necklaces to break on many people*. Not sure why this would bother her so much to be rude to me but i will definitely be back and will continue to shop there don’t...

I absolutely love this boutique! They don't carry your average clothing that can be found anywhere; which can mean that they have a limited stock but it's always nice to be the one wearing the top no one else has. They also have shoes, sunglasses, pocketbooks, great gift ideas, and even a few cute toys. The atmosphere of the store has a small boutique vibe that is so different from every store in the mall. It is a refreshing change when you walk in to find one of their unique candles burning, so the whole store smells amazing, and somehow the crowds melt away and the store has a calming effect. The women who work here are absolutely AMAZING! They go out of their way to help you find what you're looking for or even find something you didn't know you wanted. They are happy to help and never seem put out. I appreciate the ideas they give for clothing outfits (i.e. I bought 3 shirts a few months ago and Nicole gave me multiple ways to wear the shirts, so it looked like I had more!). The best boutique in town or at least at mall. Great evening wear for all ages, especially LR students. Really awesome presents for people getting married, having a baby or just bday. I love the massive help you get. Also the suggestions from their wonderful staff. I wish more stores would go back to this way of customer service.
